Welcome to the Music for Critters page (français ci-dessous / French below).

The "Music for Critters" fundraiser has started and schools across Canada can participate at any time from the beginning of the 2022 school year (Aug or Sep) until April 30, 2023.

"Music for Critters" is a national project with schools across Canada. Students participate by bringing some donations to help animal rescues, animal shelters or environmental non-profits. Students choose which non-profit they want to support. Any teacher, from kindergarten to grade 12, can start this project with their class.

Every student that participates will receive songs by different artists, as well as inspirational messages by Dr. Jane Goodall, Dr. David Suzuki, Ingrid Newkirk and Dr. Anne Innis Dagg as a gift. Three schools will also win $500 for musical instruments from Long & McQuade.

There is no cost to participate. Send me a message and I will send you the participation and pledge sheet forms. The deadline to submit the forms will be on May 5, 2023. I will not be accepting any funds, donations will need to be made directly to the non-profit organizations.

Tell your friends and let's help some critters!
